• We charge a flat rate of $12 for shipping anywhere in New Zealand

• The following items will not be shipped and must be collected in-store:

  • Equity brand covers / rugs

  • Pre-loved saddles

  • Dressage and lunge whips

Returns:

• The following items are NOT returnable for refund or exchange:

  • Any item marked 'clearance' or otherwise reduced

  • Any item marked 'pre-loved' or 'near new'

  • Special orders or 'available on request' pre-orders

  • Supplements

• Other items may be considered for return, under the following conditions:

  • Item must in original packaging with tags attached

  • Item must not be used or worn - if tried on, must be completely unmarked, free of hair etc

  • Item must be returned within 10 days of purchase

  • Shipping cost is non-refundable

  • Return shipping is via tracked courier and is the responsibility of the customer

  • Exchange items are subject to standard freight charge
